The R&D Support is a very young company, but based on the founder's 30 years of experience in research and development, management of a research and production plant, managing a spin-off of the research unit, as well as in the implementing the transfer of technology. I have been a long-time employee of Poznań scientific institutes: Institute of Medicinal Plants and Herbal Products and the Institute of Natural Fibres and Medicinal Plants - National Research Institute. In each business intervention which I undertake, I involve my unique experience and relevant contacts from the world of science and business. For scientific units and scientists with unique know-how and IP, I prepare conditions for an effective commercialization based on my contacts with companies that create market trends. For entrepreneurs, I provide support and develop (build) research teams to solve current problems and build competitive advantages on the market. In research units, I have implemented my research and scientific ideas in theory and practice, which resulted in running many projects, in patent applications as well as Polish and foreign patents. I am proud of the fact that I have learned and gained knowledge from the best experts in the relevant fields in Poland and in the world, so I take advantage of my long lasting experience for a high level of cooperation. My preferred sectors of intervention are the broadly understood: food industry and pharmacy.
